We will depart Muscat early, enjoying the sceenic drive until we reach the slopes of Hajar mountains, with magnificent Nakhal Fort. After the guided visit and short history lesson, we will relax at natural hot springs before heading uphill to Wakan village, where we will walk the narrow pahtways, offering some of the best views of the country.

Al Thowarah Hot Springs (40 min)

Al Thowarah Hot Springs, nestled in the picturesque rural landscapes of Oman, is a natural wonder known for its therapeutic and healing effects. Emerging from the Earth’s depths, the hot springs release geothermally heated mineral water, creating tranquil pools surrounded by rugged terrain.

Wakan Village (3 hrs)

Wakan Village, nestled in the mountains of Oman at the altitude of 2,000 meters, boasts a unique charm characterized by its secluded location and traditional Omani architecture. Accessible via a steep uphill drive, the journey to Wakan is an adventure itself, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the rugged landscape. Once we arrive, we will take a scenic walk through the narrow pathways, terraced fields and stone houses perched on the mountainside. After the scenic walk, we could enjoy the incredible mountain views from the local café. Wakan Village is a unique, unforgettable and distinctive mountain retreat.
